bluetooth not working( latitude e6400)

i have a latitude e6400  laptop and installed windows using windows 7 professional cd because i lost my revovery. i also updated my windows 7 drivers using windows 7 update... and everything is installed except for 

 

1--- Bluetooth ( not working, not shown in programs, not shown in device manager)
2--- broadcom ush driver (shown in device manager as driver not installed)
3--- base system device (shown in device manager as driver not installed)

i dont know what the 2 and 3rd device drivers are for also/

... now please help me with installing this bluetooth driver and the above two drivers.

The Dell notebook system software is likely what's missing.

Hi HOSSAMRASLAN,

Installing the Chipset drivers should fix the problem. Here is the link for Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility for Dell Latitude E6400.

Click the above given link, follow the steps below to download the drivers:

  1. Click “Get driver”.
  2. Click “Continue”.
  3. Follow the on screen instructions to download the drivers and install it in the computer.
  4. Restart the computer to save changes.

Please reply the results.
