XPS 13 9343 - Cursor moving on its own!
After about 10 minutes of use, my touchpad cursor will do one of 2 things: Freeze and become unresponsive or move erratically around the screen clicking all over the place. Lately it's been more of the latter. Here's a video of what I'm talking about:
After talking to tech support, I've restored twice (once to Windows 8.1 and once to Windows 10). We've also updated all drivers, reflashed BIOS, and ran diagnostics - no luck.
I've tried to replace the touchpad entirely but Dell (or any 3rd party seller) does not offer a replacement part for the touchpad.
And the touchscreen and external mouse work fine, so I've just disabled the touchpad in device manager for now. I'm not experiencing the issue with the touchpad disabled.
