Question about EQ replication routing over ASA 5505

I'm currently having problems trying to replicate my two PS4000's together.  One is located in our main office while the other is off-site at a colo.  Once I got repication working a few months ago, I had speeds at 2-3 MB per minute, not seconds.  It would take 5 days to replicate 25 GB.  I've been trying to figure out what is causing the slow speed.  Here is the network equipment and setup.

Dell EQ (10.10.11.2-3-4) going into a Dell 5448 on vLAN10.  VLAN1 on the 5448 is set to 192.168.0.0 subnet.  From the 5448 on vLAN1 it goes to a Cisco ASA 5505 on Eth0/1 and then Eth0/0 goes to the outside.  I do not know if or how the ASA 5505 can do routing between the 192.168 and 10.10 subnets, so I put in a cheap Netgear Gigabyte router to it.  Eth port WAN is set to 192.168.0.8 and LAN side gateway is set to 10.10.11.1.

Does anyone know how I can remove the netgear router, do routing on the ASA 5505 (if possible) and allow for a faster connection?

Any help would be appreciated.
