Auto-Snapshot Manager error / Smart Copy
This is my first time using ASM. I have now moved alot of my VM's into a single volume so I have made a collection inside of ASM. Wen i run the smart copy i get the error
Unable to open connection to virtual machine "******". The file system may need to be checked for errors after performing a restore of this Smart Copy. Ensure that the VM has the Dell EqualLogic Agent Service installed and running and that a network connection can be established between the host and VM.
When i remote onto that VM I do not see the agent service listed. How do I install the agent service on each of my VM's.

Best bet is probably going to be open a case for this one. They'll need the EQL logs and array diags to see what happened. What version of ASM/ME are you using? What's the array FW?

Hello
What was treh resolution, i am seeingthis error when i upgarded my HIT Packs on my host servers from 3.5.1 to 4.0.0 nothing has changed but i get this error?
