which one is better ?*PCI* FX5500 or Integrated Intel® Extreme Graphics?

Plz help me, I am really having hard time here. I dont know which one is better for games. I may waste my money on a useless upgrade.
*PCI* FX5500 256MB (Not Express PCI)
Integrated Intel® Extreme Graphics 64MB
 
System
P4 3.0
512DDR RAM
ATA100 80GB HardDrive

using a dedicated card over Integrated is almost always beneficial no matter how big or small.

That FX5500 will be a lot faster then the Intergrated graphics, a whole lot faster.

The FX5500 is about 2-3 times as powerful as the integrated graphics.  But an FX 5600 is quite a bit better than the FX 5500, and about the same price.
