upgrade Optiplex 745 to a 64 bit CPU

Can a Optiplex 745 that came with a 32bit cpu and socket 754 be upgraded with a Pentium D CPU 64 bits??? Need to install Exchange 2007

By reading the manual it does seem you can , read the link above top of that page!
You can download a program called cpuz from
it will tell you that you have a{32\64 bit cpu now} 64 bit cpu,s have been around for a long time now!
Are you sure the one you have now is a 32 bit cpu!
