dowload hebrew language/keyboard

I have a dimensions 5150 and would like to have the hebrew language on my computer, meaning that I should be able to type it. However it is not on my list of languages. How can I download it? What do I look for? If you can give me a direct link I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

Look up languages in Help.

Try this in IE7, it worked for me,

View Help in a different language
Windows Live Toolbar Help is shown in the language you have configured in your Internet browser.
To change the display language for Windows Live Toolbar:
  1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, click Languages, and then click Add.
  3. Select a language to add, and then click OK.
  4. Select the language you added, and then click Move Up until the language is at the top of the list.
  5. Click OK.

PS nearly forgot, If you want to change the language in your operating system, then you will need Vista Ultimate, and then download the language packs. the packs are not available in Home Premium or Basic.
