Connolly is just a model identification like Toyota Corolla, Toyota Tundra.  Both are Toyota but very different models.

The E187242F is what as known as a descriptor code, or model(s) identification.

Dell motherboards are for Dell Computer Corporation computers only. Some production computers share the same motherboard but are designed for different applications. The descriptor code helps to identify the configuration of the board and inventory with which it may be used.

Connolly is a Dell internal name given to certain line of computers. in this case it referes to the 5100, 5150 and the E510. the rest of the information pertains to specific engineering orders.  they may have one descriptor with different revs for ECO's (engineering change orders) for fixes while that board is being produced. when engineers decided to change something drastically, they will change the engineering design as well, starting revs back to 0.
