SVGA Graphics Card Help!!!!!!!!

I am new to this site but i have a question for anyone who can offer some help to me. My aunt purchased a puzzle game and it stated a SVGA Graphics Card. Well when she installed the puzzle nothing happens it tells her she needs some type of resolution. She has a dimension 2400 series. Does she need to buy one of these cards or is there something she can change on her pc to make this puzzle game work. I am posting the requirements below for this puzzle game to maybe help some poor soul know what i am referring to.

  • 486 or higher PC

What resolution does it say it needs? I'd try changing the computer to whatever resolution it says first. It sounds like that game should easily run on that system, as long as the game is really Windows XP compatible.
