Did you use F2 to make changes in the Setup Utility? That controls Startup and is why you are getting errors. Boot is looking for the original hard drive. Fans are for keeping the computer temp down no matter what type drive you are using.
Yes i did changes. POST was able to detect drive after removing CMOS battery. But anyway CPU fan failure unable to bypass. Actually fan is working, so i connected it back and able to boot PC without promts. I searched other similar issues and found that no-way to bypass fan error on optiplex, it should be fixed in all cost.
Let's say i solved this issue by plugging fan connector back.
