The differences are fairly minor. Both the 755 and 760 run the same processors. In fact, I think all three can run the Core 2 Quad, which would be the preferred CPU.
Typical of Dell business machines, they try to keep things as consistent as possible so that moving to a new desktop line doesn't make the installed stuff obsolete.

Great thanks for the quick reply. So, it sounds like if I can get a 755 I should just go ahead with that instead of waiting/trying to find a 760.

Yes, that's what I would do. My Dad has a 745 and it's been great!
