Dell XPS Tech Support?
What is the number for DELL XPS Tech Support? I heard that I was supposed to get special support with this system. I have yet to find any number stating this in the documentation I received with the system.

They seem to advertise it that way, but....
The only problem I had on my XPS took about 45 minutes to talk to someone. But the good part the person I got to work with was very good and spent the time to solve the problem the first time. I did here they had better technical support people that specilized in XPS.

The number above is good, and the XPS extension is 26741. I got through within less than a minute.
Good luck!

i also recieved an acknoledgement letter with my xps about a week after i ordered it. on the paper it lists all of the components in my computer and gives a few phone numbers to call. the tech support adn customer service number is 800-695-8133 and then you enter your service tag number or express service code thing. i was talking to someone in under a minute with this tel #.
note: i bought my computer through dell's epp program and recieved large discounts and that might effect which tech #'s im supposed to call. this number may not be for everyone with an xps.

Hi, The Tech support no. for XPS system is the same 1-800-624-9896. I know its take a lot of time to get in touch with a tech. If you have the express service tag handy you can get in touch with a Dell Tech easily and quickly..You can find the express service code(this is a 10 digit all no's code) and service tag at the back of your system on a sticker..or on the front also..
The procedure is call the 1-800-624-9896 no. and at the IVR select the correct no for Tech Support and then when it asks you to punch in the express service code punch in this no which will take you directly to the XPS queue..As far as I know there is no special extension for this queue..
