See if you can run the diagnostics including the extended hard drive test. My guess is the hard drive failed. BTW edit your post to remove the service tag. That's not allowed here in this public forum.
I'm in he midst of running it, is taking quite a while, I'm in Singapore, will update once I wake up in the morning.
