Autosupport question
Is there a way to view my DD information once it has been submitted through autosupport and all of the data has been processed by EMC?
NetApp has that ability and I was wondering if EMC had anything similar.
Our EMC SE has that ability but we as customers do not.

There are changes planned on EMC web site that will include this (at least for some storage arrays and I suspect same will be applicable for DD), but at this very moment this is not available to end-customers (but you can always request it).

I presume you are interested in the information in the Autosupport that is sent to EMC.
There is a Data Domain System Manager you can access through a web browser at the IP address of the system. Once you have logged in with the sys admin account and selected the data domain you want the report on, browse to the maintenance tab, then select the sub-menu option of Support. Toward the bottom of that page there is a list of Autsupports that have been collected. The most recent is at the bottom.
On this page there is also an option to add an email address to receive the autosupport every time one is sent to EMC.
As a side note, you can read the Autosupport in notepad, but I have found notepad++ to be a better reader. It gives a clear format to work with.
