Walsh Western Failed deliveries

Below is the log for my laptop from the Walsh Western site that has been promised to be delivered on several occasions by dell customer services, the latest being yesterday 5th august and today 6th. Any chance finding what this delivery company is meant to be doing, because it sure isn't delivering.
