Fedex tracking still shows “label created”

So on the 17th of July I placed an order for the Alienware Aurora R11. Originally the estimated delivery was August 31st. However, 2 nights ago I received an email notification from dell that it had shipped out and that it was due to arrive today actually. So far the fedex tracking website only has the status as “label created” and has made no progress since the shipping notification. The only thing that has happened was that the order was charged last night. That it. There has been no update whatsoever from fedex and anytime I try to contact Dells customer support through live chat, they don’t give any helpful answers. And when I try to contact them through the phone, I’m on for nearly 30 mins and still never get an answer. I simply wish to know what’s going on with my order. Has it actually shipped out? Or is still actually going to arrive later in August? Am I even still going to receive my item or no? If there is a problem I need to know.

It likely means your system is on its way from either Mexico or China to a Dell logistics site in (the US, if you're in the US). 

If it did ship from the Mexico assembly plant, you'll probably receive it ahead of the estimated date.  If it shipped from China by sea, it could well take until later in August to arrive.

Exactly the same issue here! Mine was created July 22nd, estimated delivery date was 24th, but no updates since then.

I have tried email, online chat, and calling them. No one ever explained to me what was happening. This is ridiculous. very bad experience
