Email address for South Africa suppport
Hi
I bought a Dell laptop earlier this month and paid extra to extend the warranty by 2 years.
However, when I check online, it shows that I only have a 1 year warranty.
Is there an email address where I can contact someone and query this?
I am not currently in South Africa, so I can't call.

To receive assistance from DELL-Cares Order or Technical chat support, they need to first verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a direct message". Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
