All customer rep from credit card department offline?
I have been calling them whole day from 9AM to 7PM
But i can't reach them until they close.
Seriously i called on 9AM 11AM 1PM with voice message and 4PM to 7PM.
I talked with more than 5 rep to redirect me to the same *** department, with only hold and dummy music.
Update Information :
called credit card department --->transfer to verification department -----> credit card department ----> sales department ----> outlet department
another 2 hours and finally the rep told me this :
the order has already been cancelled and the product is sold to other people.
The biggest JOKE ever

Thank you I am trying to contact them
As they mentioned they are open on 9AM CST and now they are still close.
I really can't understand the lazy working style of dell.
live chat always close on time and open late , never answer phone call.
IS THIS HOW DELL WORK?

Kevingu009,
I understand your frustration regarding Dell's attempt to protect your resources. If there was an improper purchase, we would much rather cancel the order and deny someone the opportunity of taking advantage of your good credit. It's a fine line to balance credit verification vs illegal purchases. In the long run, I think you would agree, it's better to err on the side of caution.
Thanks for your feedback, and hopefully the credit card verification process can go smoother in the future.
Regards,
Robert
