Burnmarks on brand new m15 r2

Hi,

I just noticed that my brand new laptop has alot of weird marks on the top now?

I cannot remove them at all, and it looks like it burned from the inside making these "lego" marks?

I can see them like 10 places some worse than others.

What is this? I guess that DELL has to cover this, but is this a general probem?
