17 R5 , how to remove and replace captive screw?
Does anyone know? Or do I have to replace the entire base cover on the bottom?

I know,
If you purchased your laptop few years back then go to market, purchase a hammer and hit your laptop with full intensity. simple all screws will remove automatically.
It helped me.
