pci vendor and device ids do not match
Alienware Aurora R3 (Latest Bios)
Windows 7 64-bit
i7-2600k
ASUS DUAL-GTX1070-O8G
Just upgraded to a new 1070 and booting into windows gives me a "PCI Vendor and Device ID Do Not Match" Error. I have been searching around for an answer for awhile now but people say you just have to deal with it? Is there an actual fix?

Hi,
It is posible that the Pascal architecture from the 1070 is not compatible with the Aurora R3 motherboard. We usually do not recommend to this kind of upgrades for this reason.
