When I try to start windows after shutdown, it will be stuck at BIOS screen, I can do anything, just hold power button to shut it down again, in second start it will be going to windows normaly. And sometime I can't see my hard disk HDD (Like the screen shot below), need to start to sovle this problem. And more, after I put my windows sleep for about 2-3 hours, it will be shutdown. Anybody can help me? Thanks you so much

Hi,

Try to access the Bios (to access the Bios, tap the F2 button during boot), check under the Boot section for an option called Boot Mode and make sure its set to UEFI, also make sure the Secure Boot option is disabled. After checking this, save the changes with the F9 key and restart the system. Let us know if you continue to have the boot problem.

I just had my AW15 motherboard changed, upon first boot we had a lot of problems getting Win10 to recognize the SSD.

With both an SSD and HDD, the correct settings are: Hit F12 on startup, go down to Boot mode.  It should say UEFI with Legacy OPROM; Secure Boot:  Off.  in BIOS setup/Advanced, make sure SATA Operation is set to Intel Smart Response Tech.   If SATA Operation is set to AHCI Win10 will boot but then not be able to find the boot device.

To save the changes in the Bios, you have to press the F10 key, sorry about that. Try running an ePSA/Diagnostics test on the system. Click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run the test. Let me know how it goes.
