Pinnacle Studio 19 not working properly on Alienware 14/Windows 10
Originally, my Alienware 14, (Windows 8.1 operating system), ran Pinnacle Studio 17 Ultimate without issues. Once installing Windows 10, (late October), I learned Studio 17 wasn't compatible, so upgraded to Studio 19 Plus, then Ultimate, as recommended by Pinnacle. Neither run without identical issues, (primarily with Title Editor). I've uninstalled/re-installed....all the usual stuff one tries in the early stages of an issue. Pinnacle has been unable to come up with a solution which sticks. Anyone else having problems? Any suggestions?

You can try Pinnacle Studio 19 Ultimate on different Win10-64 machine, but I think you will find the problem follows PS-19u program, not the machine. Report bugs to them.
Alienware-14 is no different than any other high-end laptop. If problem follows AW14 ...
- Try locking optimus/switchable video card (if equipped) to dedicated or maybe internal
- Verify latest drivers.
- Image system for backup and then Clean install Win10-64 and latest drivers. OS Overlay/Upgrade installs sometimes end-up with a screwy set of drivers.
Finally, don't assume it's a critical bug. I know my Adobe Premiere Elements 11 does some weird stuff in Title and Text adding/editing, but once you learn the tricks, you can get stuff done.

I've been over my laptop with a fine-toothed comb, cleaning, updating, etc. Even called upon some free tech service I have to verify everything is clean, updated and no conflicts. No joy when it came to solving the issues. Still waiting to hear from Pinnacle's Engineers. I am now more convinced than ever that the problem is with Pinnacle product. I haven't got access to another suitable machine, but I can't be the only person using this set-up & experiencing the problems. Haven't gotten to the video card suggestion or a clean install of Win 10-64, but as for the latter, the tech yesterday didn't comment on my suggestion it may be a useful step. That doesn't mean I won't try if push comes to shove.
