Keyboard Ghosting in Alienware 15 Service tag:
Hello, please your help.
Gaming require three simultaneous key combinations in a lot of games.
I spend almost $2K dollars in my Alienware 15, just to discover it does not support simultaneous three key combinations.
I hate having this problem in some games. I tested it using this Microsoft test
Is there any solution to this problem??? any driver??? fix??? update??? patch??? please help.
Alienware must work for what it was designed to do: GAMING.

Hi,
Just to confirm, you want to press 3 keys simultaneously while gaming and be able to use additional keys while pressing and holding the initial 3 keys, is that correct?

There is no fix for this issue. I had same problem with my Alienware 17.
After reporting this, they provided me full refund after 2 months. Though it took a lot of time to make them understand the issue. Hope this helps.

The problem is described in the Microsoft article, they perfectly describe the problem, I can not be more clear than this article.
