No I haven't tried re-installing CC. Where do I find it?

That long error message usually means the CC software is having a problem communicating with the MIO-board (because it is locked up, in a loop, or possibly even bad or "bricked".
Short-Easy CommandCenter Upgrade:
Note: Never use the Upgrade feature inside Command Center
Turn off or exit Anti-Virus protection.
Download latest version save to desktop.
Click Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, Double click to uninstall Command Center
Follow the prompts for the uninstall
After system reboots and Windows starts completely, Shut Down Windows and power-down the system all the way
After a few seconds, unplug power cord from back of your PC
Press and hold the power button for 15 Seconds to drain residual power from MIO board to further reset it
and to help insure a trouble-free CC install.
Plug in power and boot-up system. Turn off anti Virus protection. Double Click CC installer and follow prompts to install.
Reboot at end. Setup Command Center and test lights and fans.

If it does not work than your MIO Board may be faulty. If your system is still in warranty Dell will Happily replace it for free. You can email them or phone them but phone gets the quickest result.

Time will tell if that works. The warranty has expired and the yearly maintenance fee was 2 high to renew.
