Yes everytime I do so it just resets to 0. All the values show 0

Hi,
Follow the steps on this thread for reinstalling the Alienware Command Center application. Make sure you use the most up to date version of the Command Center for windows 8.1 (3.6).

Can I reset the jumper on mio board? I tried to find the green latch but it is tough a lot of stuff being blocked.

Hi,
There should be a Coin Cell battery that you can reset but you have to remove the video card in order to see it on the board.
