Unfortunately the GPU is integrated into the motherboards on M14x's - So no.

Hello olds_cutlass_cruiser,
The Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1866 cas latency 9 will be better, but just to let you know the M14xR1 supports up to 8GB at 1600MHz.

one more question this is about memory,
the first is Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1866 cas latency 9
the second is Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 cas latency 11
which is better
