Alienware aurora CPu fan not working
Hi there, in first place im Italian so sorry for my terrible english.
My current problem is related to the cpu fan which is not working for some reasons, so everytime i try to turn the pc on im getting the message CPU Fan fail warning.
In fact the liquid cooling isn't working for real and by cheking the bios temp i can clearly see the cpu temp going up over 90c.
Im wondering if there's anything i can do to fix this problem or if im a supposed to send my computer somewhere or i am supposed to buy a new cpu fan , if so which one? Also any help would be realy appreciated
My system i not even a month old so if i can send the pc somewhere to fix it i'd like to know where and how i can get the address of this place.
Regards.

BEST course of action is to call tech support since this can be minor or severe as to require replacing the liquid cooling system ...

Oh right, do you know or have an idea of the average time it may require to change the broken parts? like 1 2 weeks?

Yes, call Dell phone support.
Also, check that the little ChipSet fan is plugged in and turning.
Also, the Cooler assembly should be connected to the following header connectors names on "Top Lighting Board"
CPU_Pump - (Asetek Cooler) pump
Sys_Fan - (Asetek Cooler) radiator or main system fan (NOT CPU_Fan connector)
Also, be sure the little plug in plugged into the motherboard header connector:
MB_CPU_Fan - (3-pins of the 26-pin cable that goes to MB_MIO)

i swapped the original asetek liquid cooling with CM Hyper 212 Plus , works PERFECT with 10-15 degrees lower.
i only plug ONE 3 pin to MB_CPU_Fan.
