Alienware Command Center not working

Hi, I just recently got my Alienware 17 laptop. And when I say recently, I mean like, last week. On the first day I got it, I was able to access my Command Center just fine. A few days later, however, I was not. This is the exact message that pops up:

"Could not load file or assembly 'Alienlabs.UpgradeService, Version=1.0.49.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bebb3c8816410241' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded."

I have literally no idea what this means, and I've tried a few things to try and fix this, but nothing works. Can someone please tell me what to do? It's kind of disappointing that I'm having this problem right after I got this computer. Please help. Thanks.

Inside Command Center, try turning off Auto-Update feature. You really shouldn't update Command Center suite from inside itself anyway (to avoid problems).

Hello!

Uninstall the application from the Control Panel and download the latest version Command Center 3.5. Before re-installing it, update the .Net Framework as explained on Solution#2 of this article.
