Alienware 17 R3 , Power button not working . / Not turning On . Newly Bought !!

I bought alienware few weeks ago . I'am having problems with left speaker , time not synchronizing after PC shutdown and recently a new bigger problem is out . My PC does not start using power button when it is completely shutdown . When I connect the power cord to the PC , it starts and in windows the baterry is shown to be fully charged so battery dead is not the issue. So the problem I'am facing is , when I shutdown alienware on battery it does not start again unless I put the charger back in. I searched Dell Forums en.community.dell.com/.../19982644 and the problem they are describing is with the bios ., So I changed my bios from 1.2.15 to back to 1.2.8 and still no change . There is another solution , where the user suggests to remove ram and use screw to reset the pc . This creates beep sound and solves problem . I have not tried this as I'am not aware what things will it restore and I'am afraid to open my PC up. I'am already under talks with alienware tech guys but , still waiting to hear from them.
