Aftermarket Liquid Cooler SYS_FAN and CPU_FAN Question
Hello. I'd like to replace my 3+ year old stock Asetek cooler in my Aurora R4 with a Corsair H75. From what I gather, the two corsair fans plug into the rear SYS_FAN slot in the upper strip near the back of the case and the cooler itself plugs into the CPU_FAN slot in the center of the strip.
Can anyone verify if this is correct and that I will avoid boot up issues/errors?
FYI, I uninstalled Command Center and use Windows cooling policy to handle my temps. It really does a great job. My Sandy Bridge E i7-3820 is OC'ed to 4.2 GHz across all four cores and my temps hardly reach into the low 70's. I'm just changing the stock cooler as a preventive maintenance measure.

I installed the Corsair H75 and 16 GB of G.Skill Ripjaws X series 1600 MHz. Everything works flawlessly. My temps are a solid 20 cooler during benchmarks and gaming. Couldn't be happier!

Installed the Corsair H75. It works beautifully and is so quiet! Starting to miss the jet engine roar a little ;P. The twin fans plug into the SYS_FAN header via a splitter and the pump plugs into the CPU_FAN header. Couldn't be happier.

Since we don't modified our systems there is no way to provide you a good reference of an aftermarket cooling system other the original however you can ask on a modification forum or maybe in Notebook review to see if they can give you some feedback.
