Aurora R11, flashing yellow light
My Alienware Aurora R11 has been having issues with turning on. It is flashing one yellow light every 5 seconds whenever it doesn’t cut on. I looked up the diagnostic codes and according to the website it means “bios and rom failure”. I managed to get my pc up and running a few times after it started doing this, but sometimes it can take me days of messing with it to get it to cut on. Any solutions to fix this issue?

Generally I would say replace the CMOS battery but your system is fairly new and a battery problem does not seem likely. Just to rule it out I would replace the battery and see if that helps. Otherwise a MB problem is possible. Also run diagnostics (tap F12 immediately at boot) and watch for further errors.
