OEM Terms of Sale

These Terms apply to OEM customers who procure applicable Dell Technologies hardware, software and services, in order to (a) embed or bundle OEM hardware, software or other intellectual property with Dell Technologies Products, resulting in a specialized system (e.g. OEM solution) with industry or task-specific functionality and (b) sells such OEM solution under its own brand.
