Returns

Commercial and Public Sector customers have no automatic right of return without cause. In relation to any product which is missing, wrong or damaged following delivery, customers will be entitled to the remedies set out in Dell’s Commercial Terms of Sale; namely, repair or replacement of the relevant product. For the avoidance of doubt, reasons such as: (i) later than estimated delivery; (ii) changing purchase plans; or (iii) finding a cheaper alternative are not valid reasons for return and will not be accepted.
