What is DisplayNote?

DisplayNote is a third party software that allows you to do:

• Wireless presentation for meeting rooms and huddle spaces
• One too many screen share
• Note taking
• Interactive white board

The following two DisplayNote software modules are pre-installed with select Dell touch-enabled monitor.

• DisplayNote Montage: Wireless presentation for meeting rooms and huddle spaces
• DisplayNote Broadcast: One too many screen share

This Software is shipped with some Dell touch-enabled monitors:

• Dell C5518QT
• Dell C7017T
• Dell C8618QT

DisplayNote Montage and DisplayNote Broadcast are supported directly by DisplayNote.

Download and install DisplayNote

A DisplayNote tech sheet is shipped in-box with some Dell touch-enabled monitors.
Look for the DisplayNote tech sheet in the monitor box. This tech sheet contains important information about DisplayNote software license key and weblink (URL) information about how you can download the software.

There is no physical software media for DisplayNote (CD or USB Key). You should follow the instructions on the tech sheet to download the software from the DisplayNote webpage, or go to Get DisplayNote.

How to install DisplayNote

1. Go to Latest versions of our software - DisplayNote downloads to sign up and download DisplayNote software.
2. For iPad or iPhone, Android device, download the free app from your device’s app store.
3. Use the DisplayNote License key to sign up. This license key is typically 16-digit alphanumeric. It is good for four users.
4. If you need more licenses, you can purchase directly from DisplayNote.
